About nCircle
nCircle hydrophobic Slide Marker helps you create a hydrophobic barrier on a glass slide for immunohistochemical and other staining protocols. Hydrophobic Barriers are created by ‘drawing’ a boundary around a tissue or cell sample on the glass slide.
When the circle is drawn around the sample/specimen, the barrier can restrict the flow of reagents outside the barrier due to the hydrophobic nature of the dried-up circle. This prevents the overflow of reagents beyond the required area, thereby minimizing the usage of precious staining reagents.
nCircle ensures that only an optimal amount of reagents are used for the particular sample/specimen.
