Usage

• Shake well before use

• Uncap the pen and place it on a solid surface with the tip up and depress the tip to release air from the pen. 

• Invert the pen (tip down) on an extra slide, or absorbent paper, and depress the pen several times to release the reagent from the pen.

• Wait until the nib is saturated with hydrophobic solution. Wipe off any excess solution from the pen. 

• nCircle Pen is now Ready for use.

• Gently draw a circle, or a square, on the slide enveloping the sample. Please ensure that the sample does not touch the drawn barrier. 

• Place the slide in a horizontal position & allow the barrier to dry for 30 seconds.

• Replace the cap immediately after use. 

• Store the pen in a vertical position with a cap on with the tip pointed down.

• Store the Pen at 15 ℃- 30 ℃
